Food mushy and overcooked. The schnitzel was like the sole of a shoe and was completely unseasoned. The price is not justified and the staff was rude!

We had received a tip from our neighbors at the campsite in Gendt. It was fine food. The cook deserves praise. The corona measures were well followed. Too bad the ice cream cake was not on offer, we would have had a hole for that.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and have always eaten well and well. The food was great again today, but everything was said with that. First you ask 3 different people if you can sit outside on the extra terrace..all 3 they will ask, nobody comes back. Because it takes so long and you attract attention on a full terrace, you sit inside. Then there are only 2 households, but you wait 15 minutes before your order is taken. When they bring the food you get the expensive menu variant, which you never take. Then you eat without complaining and it tastes fantastic again. After dinner you ask to pay and you don't see anyone again for fifteen minutes. Walked forward, someone had to be called again, of course you pay 4 euros more than normal and then we could go home without a receipt. Hopefully next x good food and trusted customer friendliness!

We went for lunch at this restaurant with a large group of people after a WWII ceremony. The servers were helpful and accommodating. I had Schnitzel for the first time with white asparagus and a delicious sauce. It also came with a small salad that I enjoyed thoroughly. Everyone else enjoyed their food and beer, and we had a delightful lunch. This was my only trip into Germany, and eating on the patio at this restaurant did not disappoint. Warning-they only accept Euros, they do not accept credit cards!

Lots of different schnitzels to try out. Also not that expensive. Staff was nice and also able to speak Dutch.

Sauce 1 lime (juiced) 2 tbsp coconut milk (nut milk would probably be fine, but I like authentic flavor of coconut in thai food) 1 tbsp coconut nectar 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp black truffle oil (omit if you don't have it...just adds dimension) 1/4 cup+2 tbsp raw peanuts 1" piece of ginger (I left the peel on and washed thoroughly) 1/4 avocado 1 garlic 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp chili flakes (add a 1/4 tsp to start if you are sensitive to spice) freshly ground pepper (I used a multi-pepper blend)

Good price to quality ratio. Furniture and toilets might not be up to standards anymore but it's bang for your buck. Waiters are friendly, the chef a bit less.

Food is good comes quickly on the table. Not expensive and enough to eat. Friendly service .. Only in the back of the long table is really cold there trip really that is a shame .. Had to stay with jacket !!

Restaurant is located at the end of a shopping street opposite a bus stop. Since the weather was nice, we made use of the terrace. The food (Wienerschnitzel with chips and a salad) was good. However, the operation took a long time. Up to 3 times they (2 different people) asked what we wanted to drink and in between we asked ourselves if we were still getting our 1st drinks. The look was simple, the feeling on a somewhat tight terrace was okay but not great. It is not possible to make a debit card payment.

Nice

Good German schnitzels and fries and other German food but shame that the prices have become so steep in just a few years. They also serve reasonably good Asian food.
